A failed attempted break-in

Below are the photos a customer recently sent us. Thanks to the window security devices from secure camper, the break-in – and consequently major damage and a great deal of inconvenience – was prevented.

 The inner pane remained intact. The window frame is bent.

The window could not be opened, despite the use of heavy equipment.

The outer pane acted as a sacrificial pane, absorbing the enormous amount of energy applied.

The inner pane remained intact and kept the vehicle sealed.

The window frame was also damaged, yet the burglar still didn’t stand a chance!!

Reliable anti-theft protection for your vehicle doors

Burglary via the vehicle door using the so-called ‘piercing method’ is one of the most common forms of break-in for motorhomes and (company) vans. In this method, perpetrators attempt to gain access to the locking mechanism through the door seal using simple tools.

The secure camper anti-drill plate is a robust sheet of metal that is easily fitted to the door handle and reliably prevents drilling. The plate is fitted from the outside and is positioned behind the

This gives it an additional deterrent effect and can prevent attempted break-ins before they happen – thus helping to prevent not only theft but also costly damage to the vehicle. Thanks to the paint protection film supplied, the vehicle’s surface also remains undamaged.
